Where did October go?! It has been a terrific start to our new school year. The kids have been doing a great job recording in their assignment notebooks. Thank you for helping and checking those routinely. Also, I think the accordian folders are working pretty well. We're finding out that some are not as sturdy as others. All-in-all, I feel that these are helping the kids stay organized, rather than having many folders to keep track of. Let me know your thoughts.
Last Friday at the assembly our class found out that we won the first MAPE award. I hear positive remarks from the MAPE teachers. Keep up the good work! Also, our first "student of the month" is Macky Bingenheimer. Way to go, Macky! AND......one more high note--our room had the two top fundraiser sellers. Mackenna & Dustin did an awesome job for our school. Thanks to everyone who was able to help out with the fundraiser.
WKCE testing will resume after the 4 day weekend. We will be testing on Nov. 3rd, 5th, and 6th.
Fall parties will be Wednesday afternoon. They may wear their costume to school.
